How To Get Back In The Flow
If you were water, no obstacle would be insurmountable as water flows effortlessly around any obstacle. If a boulder is in its path, water will not focus on the boulder but rather the way around it. Sometimes just changing our perspective will facilitate a solution as it is always present even when we are not seeing it. Allowing ourselves to become fluid like water and flow in the direction we are guided to, allows us to keep our focus off the obstacle and thus, on the flow where solutions emerge naturally.
Think of time you were in the flow. What did that feel like, taste like, smell like? Focusing on the qualities of being in the flow is how you get back there. When you focus on the qualities of not being in the flow, this is where you will remain. Changing your focus is changing your mind, which then, changes your experience. It is really that simple.
