Relief From Pain Meditation

Recently I have been experiencing quite a bit of pain due to a fractured foot and I found this practice really helpful in relieving the contraction around the pain so more healing can happen. You may experience more relief too, when you practice this guided meditation that I take you through. This can be used for any kind of pain not just physical.
