A Practice to Return to Love
Take your hands right now and place them on your heart. Now, breathe into your hands and heart. Feel the depth of your breath. Notice how your chest expands and contracts. Think of someone you love unconditionally, perhaps a child or a pet. Focus your feeling of love into your breath. Feel it filling your chest with love. And repeat several times. As you practice this you return to your natural state of love that is you. This is who you are and who you want to be. When life gets stressful take a moment to connect in this way. You will always have a better day when you are willing to stop and breathe in love.
